SDPFTZ Qingdao Area Full-chain Agent Service is a one-stop service initiative to improve the living business environment for foreigners. The FCAS (Full-chain Agent Service) now provides dedicated inquiry agent services to foreigners international friends, which cover work permit, residence permit, inquiry of incentive policies for international talents, application guidance, cross-border intelligent property, law inquiry, employment, etc. 

青島自貿企業中心作為“自貿全鏈幫”運營平臺，配置具備語言和跨文化溝通能力的服務專員，經過相關專業領域定向培訓，熟悉掌握來華工作許可、居留許可業務流程，片區國際人才政策申報及兌現路徑等內容，根據外籍人士來華事項、時間等具體情況，分類別、定制化提供從來華許可通知到申領工作許可證及停居留證件全過程的幫辦代辦服務，通過一站式服務助力申請人便捷獲批，便利就業。

自貿企業中心國際人才服務專窗還提供國際人才登門服務，定期拜訪企業及外籍人士，深度了解企業與國際人才互動中的服務需求，不斷提升區域國際人才聚集度。同時將在青島自貿片區360度服務企業線上平臺中同步上線國際人才服務端口，與線下服務專窗相結合，為片區國際人才提供線上線下相結合的便利化服務！

FCAS also provides door-to-door service to collect the needs of each foreigner on a regular basis, in a bid to constantly improve the services. The service will also be available online through our SDPFTZ Qingdao Area All-round Company Service Online System.
